"AMENITIES"

The Naples Cabin attracts independent people who can handle themselves outdoors with the minimum of conveniences.

Safe Parking

There is a private spot for your vehicle at the trailhead. If you have a four wheel drive vehicle that we have approved, you could drive to the cabin and park there.

Spectacular Views

The land us is on a hilltop overlooking Canandaigua lake. Site back, read the paper and have a glass of wine.

30 Acres

This is not a campground. There are no other structures or people on the property. Enjoy 30 acres to yourself. If you need more space, the land adjoins another 1,000 acres owned by The Nature Conservancy.

Outdoor Cooking

There is an outdoor kitchen with propane stove and sink, or you can build a fire and grill over wood. Basic pots, pans and cleaning supplies are supplied as well as plates, glasses and utensils.

Outdoor Shower

Enjoy a cold shower outdoors. This is great for a hot summer day. Rainwater comes from the roof and falls into a barrel.

Go Into Town

Naples is 10 minutes away. This small town is known for artists, restaurants and friendly people.

Rustic Electricity

The cabin is powered by battery, which recharges from a solar pannel. This will keep your phone charged with USB outlets but will not power things you plug into a wall at home.

Privacy and Quiet

If you are looking for crowds, keep looking. The Naples Cabin is about relaxation and solitude. You will hear wind, woodpeckers and the occasional scream red tailed hawk.
